British bank Standard Chartered has launched the seventh cohort of its Women in Tech UAE Accelerator, partnering with Companies Creating Change (C3) and Village Capital.
Part of the bank’s global Futuremakers initiative, the programme aims to promote economic inclusion by supporting women-led tech startups with training, mentorship, and funding.
C3 will deliver the accelerator locally, drawing on its experience in supporting entrepreneurs and building startup ecosystems. Selected startups will receive equity-free funding of up to $150,000 from the Standard Chartered Foundation, with more than $600,000 in total grants distributed annually across all participating countries.
Founders will also gain access to a tailored curriculum, expert guidance, and regional and international investor networks.
