JAFZA invests $24.5m in logistics park expansion

Jebel Ali Free Zone has announced a $24.5m investment in Phase 2 of its advanced logistics park, adding 360,000 square feet of Grade-A facilities.

This expansion supports the UAE’s ambition to grow its logistics sector, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global trade hub. The new phase offers world-class infrastructure including modern offices, temperature-controlled warehouses and customisable units.

With the Middle East and Africa’s logistics market projected to hit $235.8bn by 2031, demand for high-quality warehousing is surging. Jebel Ali Free Zone’s expanded logistics park aims to bridge this gap, leveraging its connectivity to Jebel Ali Port to offer contract logistics, freight forwarding, and advanced storage solutions for a variety of industries.

This investment aims to further cement Dubai’s role as a global logistics powerhouse.
