Dubai Land Department takes gold at Global AI Award 2025

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has claimed the Gold Category at the Global Artificial Intelligence Award 2025, presented by the Dubai Quality Group in a ceremony held under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

The award was received by DLD Director General Omar Hamad BuShehab in recognition of the department's deployment of AI technologies to enhance real estate services, improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.

The Global AI Award is among the region's most prominent initiatives honouring excellence in artificial intelligence across public and private sector organisations, with evaluation criteria benchmarked against international standards in institutional excellence and innovation.

For DLD, the recognition reinforces its broader digital transformation agenda and its role in maintaining Dubai's competitiveness as a global real estate hub. The department has been progressively integrating AI-driven tools across its service portfolio as part of Dubai's wider push to embed emerging technologies across government operations.
