Dar Global revenue surpasses USD 539m as luxury projects expand

Dar Global reported strong financial growth in FY2025, with revenue more than doubling year-on-year to USD 539 million compared with USD 240 million in 2024. Net profit surged 577% to USD 101 million as demand strengthened across its luxury property developments.

The London-listed developer, part of Dar Al Arkan, sold 3,824 units valued at USD 3.2 billion during the year, up from 2,407 units worth USD 1.7 billion previously. Its total gross development value reached USD 19 billion by the end of 2025.

Expansion was driven primarily by projects in Saudi Arabia, alongside developments in Oman and South Asia. The company also continues collaborations with The Trump Organization on branded projects including Trump Plaza in Jeddah and a hotel development in the Maldives.
