EDGNEX Data Centers have acquired Finland-founded data centre company Hyperco, strengthening its presence in the European market.
As the digital infrastructure arm of Dubai-based DAMAC Group, EDGNEX’s vision is to develop next-generation, sustainable digital infrastructure worldwide. Hyperco, which operates in Finland and Sweden, leverages the Nordic region’s renewable energy resources, mature digital ecosystems, and high connectivity. Its founders and team will remain in place to drive the company’s next growth phase.
Since its launch in 2021, EDGNEX has expanded globally. The company is set to deliver 55 MW in the Middle East by 2025, with a projected global capacity exceeding 3,000 MW.
