Fractional ownership is emerging as one of the UAE’s most transformative real estate models, offering citizens and residents a more accessible route into property investment. The models allows individuals to collectively purchase a percentage of a high-value property, as opposed to the entire asset.
The latest report shows that Indian investors account for the largest share of fractional property owners at 37%, followed by Emiratis at 14% and Pakistanis at 8%. Egyptians, Lebanese, Jordanians and British nationals also feature prominently.
The diverse mix reflects the UAE’s multicultural population and the broad appeal of fractional ownership for both expats and locals.
