Dubai’s National Industries Park (NIP) will soon host one of the region’s largest automotive refurbishment centres under a $15m partnership with Cars24.
Spanning 220,000 sq feet, the new facility will create more than 200 jobs in its first phase and process over 100,000 vehicles each year. Construction is set to begin in November 2025, with full operations expected by August 2026.
The solar-powered centre will cater to growing demand from electric vehicle makers and Chinese OEMs, and aims to further strengthen Dubai’s position as a regional centre for sustainable automotive innovation.
