Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Tourism has unveiled the Unified Tourism Services Platform, a centralised digital hub consolidating tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training and development services under a single interface.
Designed to serve investors, tourism professionals and sector employees, the platform aims to reduce procedural complexity by eliminating the need to navigate multiple systems. A key feature is Tourism X, an AI-powered tool built to assist users in accessing services and responding to inquiries in real time.
Ministry spokesperson Nasser Al-Ansari said the initiative strengthens digital government services and improves integration among stakeholders, while contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The ministry's existing website at mt.gov.sa will continue to serve as the primary source for news, regulations and ministry information, while the new platform functions as the dedicated gateway for service delivery.
