Oraseya Capital and NQubator sign MoU to strengthen UAE early-stage tech pipeline

Oraseya Capital, the venture arm of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, has signed a memorandum of understanding with NQubator, an early-stage tech venture creation platform, to build a structured framework for identifying, developing, and channelling investment-ready startups into Dubai's venture capital ecosystem.

Under the agreement, NQubator will refer startups that have completed its incubation and validation programmes to Oraseya Capital for evaluation against its investment strategy and due diligence framework. Oraseya Capital will in turn engage with NQubator's ecosystem through mentorship, advisory support, demo day participation, and evaluation panels, while the MoU also establishes a framework for potential co-investment opportunities with NQubator's affiliated partners.

The partnership is designed to close the gap between early-stage incubation and institutional investment readiness, supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda D33's objective of positioning the emirate as a global hub for digital economy and advanced technologies. Oraseya Capital ranked as the UAE's most active investor by deal count for the third consecutive year in H1 2026, deploying into 15 startups over the period.
