New blockchain-powered real estate portal

Blockchain tech firm Serenity has partnered with MTA Real Estate to launch a blockchain-powered real estate investment portal for global crypto holders.

The move follows the Dubai Land Department’s approval of a pilot program for tokenised property transactions, aligning with the city’s broader digital asset strategy. This initiative marks the first deployment under Serenity’s Real-World Services (RWS) strategy, designed to enable compliant crypto-based real estate investments.

The portal will allow qualified crypto users to browse select Dubai real estate listings, complete biometric-based KYC verification, and execute regulated crypto-to-property transactions via smart contracts.

Serenity and MTA’s collaboration aims to bridge the gap between digital wealth and real-world property ownership.
