Meraas has unveiled an expanded residential masterplan for Dubai Design District (d3), positioning the area as a creative-led waterfront neighbourhood that integrates living, working and cultural experiences.
Located between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek, the masterplan covers 18 million sq. feet and blends residential, retail, hospitality and culture.
The project is targeting LEED Silver community certification, with a focus on sustainable mobility, energy-efficient design and strong connections to surrounding natural landscapes, including Dubai Creek and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
