New plans have been unveiled for the Riyadh Creative District, an initiative aimed at positioning the Saudi capital as a global media and creative hub.
Spearheaded by The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the project is designed to be a hub for emerging talent, creative professionals, and industry leaders and is expected to enhance the country’s creative economy while also contributing to the country’s GDP.
A key milestone in the project’s roll-out is a strategic partnership agreement between RCRC and King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). This collaboration will ensure a structured and integrated approach, encouraging connections between local and international creative industries.
This initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s long-term economic diversification goals, with the district becoming a space for collaboration, content creation and technological advancement.
