The one million sq. foot facility will focus on the automotive and e-commerce sectors, with operations slated to begin in Q2 2026 and will likely create job opportunities during both the construction and operation stages.

Strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and key national roadways, the new facility will serve as a major hub for both local and international markets, supporting the company’s growth and innovation strategy.
