Dubai Chambers has signed a memorandum of understanding with global e-commerce platform Trendyol to accelerate the digital expansion of local small and medium-sized enterprises, offering referred businesses a preferential onboarding package that includes a 40% discount on introductory commission rates for the first three months – double the standard 20% reduction – alongside dedicated homepage visibility, free advertising credits, campaign promotion opportunities, and priority account management.
The agreement also encompasses a structured training programme through Trendyol Academy covering product listings, inventory management, pricing, and performance analytics, with advanced modules and live webinars providing sellers direct access to platform expertise.
Trendyol, which launched in the UAE in 2023 and has since onboarded more than 15,500 regional sellers, will combine its e-commerce infrastructure with Dubai Chambers' business network to help member companies access new digital sales channels.
