Rishi Sapra is Founder and CEO of Young Global, bringing over 20 years of international experience in tax, audit, advisory and compliance across the UAE/GCC, UK, the Netherlands, and India. Rishi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s in Tax and Commerce, along with a Certificate in Advanced Valuation from NYU Stern. He is also a Managing Committee Member of the Taxation Society UAE, contributing actively to the advancement of tax and audit knowledge in the region. In the past, Rishi has worked with Big 4 and Tier 2/3 advisory firms on various consulting projects in several countries. He has advised various MENA-based clients, focusing on large Middle East multinationals, including private equity-backed groups, family groups, sovereign wealth groups, and regional head offices. Rishi has broad experience working with clients across varied industries, including consumer products, technology, pharma, retail, commodities, hospitality, construction, telecommunications and financial services.
