Nabil Al Kindi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai South, where he oversees all business verticals alongside core operations and support functions, including development, commercial, sales, marketing, leasing, and legal. He also serves as CEO of Duserve Facilities Management and South Energy, extending his leadership across real estate, facilities, and infrastructure services. Previously, Al Kindi was Chief Real Estate Officer at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and COO and Board Member at Arabtec Holding, as well as holding senior leadership positions at TDIC, Zabeel Investments, and Emaar Properties. He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.
