Abu Dhabi Chamber signs agreements to open 140,000 Greek companies to UAE businesses

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) signed two agreements in Athens on Monday, giving Abu Dhabi businesses access to a network of more than 140,000 Greek companies.

The first is with Enterprise Greece, the country’s state investment and trade promotion agency, and the second with the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which represents the same number of registered businesses.

Under the deals, companies will receive market intelligence, help identifying potential partners, and places on trade delegations, investment meetings and joint events. The agreements, signed on the sidelines of the UAE-Greece Business Forum, focus particularly on small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to expand internationally. The agreements set up cooperation frameworks rather than binding investment commitments.
