Dubizzle Group has announced a strategic partnership and investment in Tern, a UAE-based rental rewards platform, through its venture capital arm Dubizzle Group Ventures.
The deal will see Tern integrated exclusively into Bayut and dubizzle, allowing tenants to pay rent by credit card while earning rewards points redeemable across retail, travel and lifestyle partners, without additional fees.
Founded in 2024 and launched in May 2025, Tern currently processes more than AED 150 million in annualised rent payment volume. For landlords and agents, the platform offers fully digital rent collection alongside more flexible tenant payment options that could improve retention.
Dubizzle Group UAE chief executive Haider Ali Khan said the partnership addresses a longstanding gap in rental payment flexibility and extends the company's property ecosystem beyond search and discovery. Dubizzle Group's platforms attract roughly 58 million monthly visits and 20 million monthly users across the region.
