Global tech company Yango Group has launched Yasmina, a bilingual AI assistant designed specifically for users in Oman.
Yasmina supports both Arabic and English, offering natural, context-aware voice interactions powered by a large language model from YangoAI which is tailored to the GCC region.
Beyond standard features like music playback and smart home integration, Yasmina offers a range of localised services, including prayer times for Muscat, the Hijri calendar, and other faith-based routines, as well as traditional recipe suggestions and assistance with planning family outings.
The launch aligns with Oman’s digital transformation strategy and reflects Yango’s commitment to accessible, culturally relevant AI solutions.
