Visit Qatar and Microsoft have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance digital innovation in the tourism sector.
The partnership builds on the success of the Visit Qatar GenAI Travel Concierge which is powered by Microsoft Azure and OpenAI and enhances visitor experiences and transforms business operations by integrating a smart travel assistant.
Both organisations are also working on a comprehensive technology roadmap that will further enhance Qatar’s tourism sector. By developing integrated smart solutions, the collaboration seeks to improve visitor experiences and streamline the tourism process.
Visit Qatar is part of Qatar Tourism and is dedicated to promoting the country as a premier global destination and position the country as the leading MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) destination in the region.
