The UAE's ten largest property developers combined for AED 113.7 billion in sales during the first half of 2026, with Modon Holding and Emaar Properties together accounting for nearly AED 45.4 billion of that total.
Modon led the ranking with AED 23 billion in UAE sales – part of AED 26 billion in total group sales, 2.6 times the level recorded a year earlier – driven by the launch of Hudayriyat Golf Estates and a full sell-out at Tara Park on Reem Island.
Emaar followed with AED 22.4 billion in UAE sales, carrying a development backlog of AED 164.9 billion, up 13% year-on-year. DAMAC ranked third at AED 16 billion, while Aldar placed fourth with AED 9.5 billion – 80% of which came from international buyers and expatriate residents.
Binghatti, Meraas, H&H, Ellington, Omniyat, and Beyond rounded out the top ten, each recording between AED 6.6 billion and AED 7.6 billion in sales over the six-month period.
