Combined net profits of nine listed UAE real estate developers rose 24% year-on-year to AED 21.88 billion in the first half of 2026, from AED 17.62 billion in the same period of 2025.
Emaar Properties led listed performers with net profit before tax up 23% to AED 12.8 billion on revenue of AED 23.9 billion, while its subsidiary Emaar Development posted a 43% jump in net profit after tax to AED 6.7 billion. Aldar Properties reported an 18% rise in net profit to AED 4.9 billion, supported by backlog execution and investment property income.
Broader sector momentum was reflected in collective H1 sales of AED 113.7 billion across the top ten developers – listed and unlisted – with Modon Holding, Emaar, and DAMAC accounting for AED 61.4 billion of that total.
