The UAE has entered the world’s top 10 countries for executive talent competitiveness, according to the 2025 IMD World Talent Ranking. It climbed from 17th to 9th, recording the fastest improvement ever in the index.
The country now also ranks first worldwide for workforce readiness, underscoring the preparedness of its talent pool to meet global business needs.
The achievement reflects the UAE’s strategic focus on building a competitive talent ecosystem through government policies, educational infrastructure, and investment in technological skills. Combined with high living standards and a tax-free environment, these advances are helping the UAE attract top global executives and enhance workforce diversity.
