Sharjah launches Najm AI agent to streamline investor site selection

Invest in Sharjah, the emirate’s FDI office, has launched Najm, an agentic AI tool designed to act as a first point of contact for investors seeking land, partners and market intelligence.

Investors enter basic business details, requirements and budget, and Najm searches, connects and ranks suitable sites, replacing a fragmented search across multiple property portals. The first phase pools industrial and commercial listings from Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder, public data from Sharjah entities, sector and regulatory information, and Invest in Sharjah’s own FDI insights.

A second phase will add direct partnership opportunities with Sharjah government entities and more live, verified deals. Three memorandums of understanding underpin the rollout, signed with the Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey, Property Finder, and Bayut and Dubizzle.
