Saudi Arabia has unveiled Jawharat Al Arous, a SAR 8 billion (USD 2.1 billion) private sector residential development in Jeddah spanning 107 million sq m.
The project will deliver 18 residential neighbourhoods designed to accommodate over 700,000 residents, alongside more than 80,000 residential and commercial plots.
Plans include 41 government-backed infrastructure and service zones, supporting large-scale urban expansion. The development was launched under the patronage of Khalid Al Faisal, Governor of Makkah Region, with oversight from Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz.
Jawharat Al Arous marks one of the Kingdom’s largest privately led housing initiatives, reinforcing capacity expansion in Jeddah’s residential market.
