Real estate developer Richmind has announced its entry into the UAE market, with its debut project to be unveiled soon at Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. A collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, the project will offer a mix of luxury apartments, villas, duplexes, and penthouses, all designed to redefine waterfront living.
With plans to introduce over 1,000 units this year, the development will also feature globally-recognised beach clubs, spas, as well as Ras Al Khaimah’s first 360° infinity pool.
With projects in the UK, Portugal, Spain, and now the UAE, the company’s global presence is set to make a significant impact on the luxury real estate market.
