The Entrepreneurship World Cup 2025 has kicked off, attracting more than 10,000 projects from entrepreneurs in 169 countries. The competition spans 16 sectors including healthcare, education, ICT, agriculture and manufacturing.
An international jury narrowed the field to 100 standout ventures from an initial 1,000 shortlisted projects. These finalists will pitch to top global investors in Riyadh for a share of $1.5m in cash prizes, as well as valuable opportunities for international exposure and strategic partnerships.
The surge in entries underscores Saudi Arabia’s growing role in driving global innovation.
