QBS Software has announced the acquisition of cybersecurity specialist EMT Dubai. The deal expands QBS’s presence across the Gulf and Middle East, accelerating its goal to reach $1bn in annual revenues.
EMT Dubai brings a strong local channel network, government and enterprise expertise, and advanced skills in next-generation security and infrastructure solutions. The company will operate under the EMT brand for 12 months before transitioning to QBS branding.
This acquisition will serve as the foundation for a new QBS Middle East business unit, headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with QBS META HQ based in Dubai.
