Qadi partners with Core42 to launch sovereign AI compliance platform in UAE

Dubai-based Qadi has partnered with Core42 to deliver the region’s first sovereign regulatory compliance platform, strengthening how UAE-based firms manage legal and regulatory workflows using AI.

The collaboration provides Qadi with in-country sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure as it enters its next growth phase following a pre-seed funding round led by Incubayt. Operating on Core42’s Sovereign Public Cloud, built on Microsoft Azure, the platform ensures data residency while supporting scalable deployment across regulated sectors.

Qadi’s AI agents simplify local laws and regulations, offering real-time compliance guidance and embedding regulatory checks directly into business processes. Designed specifically for MENAT legal frameworks, the platform aims to help financial institutions and law firms operate more efficiently while remaining fully aligned with UAE regulatory requirements.
