KASCO Developments has launched Volna, its latest residential community in Dubai’s Al Jaddaf Waterfront. The project is a collaboration with real estate intelligence hub Evolutions and is an 11-storey development with 65 residences.
The project includes spacious studios (up to 912 sq. feet), one-bedroom apartments (up to 1,480 sq. feet), two-bedroom units (up to 1,620 sq. feet), and three-bedroom apartments reaching 3,407 sq. feet.
With views of the canal and Dubai Creek Harbour, Volna features a fitness centre, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sunbathing lounge, and a co-working space. KASCO Developments aims to develop and sell one million sq. feet of residential space by the end of 2025.
