New plan to draw 10,000 influencers to UAE

The newly-unveiled Creators HQ marks a pivotal moment for the content creation industry, aiming to position the UAE as a global hub for digital media and attract 10,000 influencers to the region.

Launched as part of the ‘Content Creators Support Fund’, the HQ seeks to empower creators and establish sustainable growth frameworks for the creator economy. The $41m fund is dedicated to supporting innovative talent and driving the digital content sector’s expansion.

The launch came at the 1 Billion Followers Summit which concluded on 13th January 2025 and hosted over 15,000 creators, 420 speakers, and 125 CEOs and industry experts under the theme ‘Content for Good’.

Creators HQ launched with an initial membership of 100 creators and supporters from 20+ countries, with endorsements from major players like Meta, TikTok, and Epidemic Sound. Moving forward, Creators HQ will host over 300 annual events, offering members access to benefits such as UAE Golden Visa assistance, relocation support, and company setup services.
