Nasdaq Dubai records AED 50.68bn in fixed-income listings across 33 H1 issuances

Nasdaq Dubai logged 33 new fixed-income listings totalling AED 50.68 billion in the first half of 2026, with UAE-based issuers accounting for 57% of activity and international issuers making up the remaining 43%.

The issuances comprised 17 bond listings worth AED 27.10 billion and 16 sukuk listings totalling AED 21.97 billion. By end-June, total outstanding debt securities on the exchange reached AED 517 billion, including AED 362.11 billion in sukuk and AED 155.71 billion in bonds.

The period also saw the establishment of three major debt programmes: Mashreq's AED 18.36 billion Euro Medium Term Note programme, MTR Corporation's AED 29.38 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Programme, and Al Masraf's AED 18.36 billion Medium Term Note programme. Fifteen distinct issuers accessed the market during the period, with notable debut listings and the return of The Arab Energy Fund to the exchange.
