Nakheel has awarded an AED 527 million contract to Al Nasr Contracting Company to develop infrastructure for Island B at Dubai Islands.
The works include roads, utilities, drainage, telecom networks and integration with district cooling systems, enabling future residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
Dubai Islands spans 18.6 sq km across five islands and is set to deliver 49,000 homes for more than 231,000 residents, alongside resorts, marinas and retail assets.
The project forms part of Dubai’s broader coastal expansion strategy, reinforcing long-term real estate growth and tourism capacity.
