Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded over AED 3.5 billion in contracts to build 544 villas on Palm Jebel Ali.
Ginco General Contracting will deliver 354 villas across Fronds A to D, while United Engineering Construction will build 190 villas on Fronds E and F. Construction starts this quarter, with completion targeted for Q4 2028.
The villas span 10 architectural typologies and form part of a wider waterfront masterplan aligned with Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Palm Jebel Ali is central to Dubai’s coastal expansion, adding large-scale residential supply to the emirate’s southern corridor.
