Mobile adtech solution launched in Dubai

Dubai-based e-commerce company noon has joined forces with adtech firm Flyby to roll out a new wave of digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising across its delivery fleet in the Middle East.

This collaboration transforms last-mile delivery vehicles into mobile advertising units, allowing brands to reach consumers in real time, with location-specific content. Digital ad screens will be installed on delivery bikes offering dynamic, data-driven ad placements tailored to urban environments.

The partnership signals a step change in how advertisers can engage urban audiences, leveraging technology to deliver targeted messaging on the move and disrupt traditional OOH strategies in the region.
