MidEast M&A deal values surge

Mergers and acquisitions activity in the Middle East recorded a sharp rise in 2025, with deal values increasing 260% year on year to reach $53bn in the first nine months of the year.

Data shows that monthly M&A activity across the Middle East has remained above historical averages for the past three years, following a strong recovery from the pandemic downturn.

Investor confidence has also improved, with sentiment rising across all sectors, led by technology and energy.
