Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded AED 2.4 billion in contracts for new phases of The Acres and The Acres Estates in Dubailand.
The projects will deliver 557 villas, including 371 units at The Acres and 186 higher-spec homes at The Acres Estates, ranging from three- to seven-bedroom layouts.
United Engineering Construction will lead The Acres build, while GCC Contracting will deliver The Acres Estates.
The expansion adds to Dubai’s premium villa supply pipeline as demand for larger, community-led residential developments continues to rise.
Located in Dubailand, the developments offer connectivity to key corridors and major leisure destinations, supporting long-term residential and investment demand.
