KSA to get specialised logistics zone

A new 1.5 million sq. metre logistics zone will be established in Falcons City, north of Riyadh, with an investment of $1.06bn.

The project is the result of an agreement between SAL Logistics Services and Sela to create what will be called the SAL Logistics Zone, a move aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.

The aim of the zone is to boost the Kingdom’s position as a global logistics hub, enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce operational costs, and attract major international companies to the country’s logistics sector.

The project will offer a fully integrated business ecosystem that meets global standards, with the goal of enhancing economic growth, investment opportunities, and job creation.
