Jumeirah Group has announced three major developments in Dubai. The new additions include a hotel and two residential projects, reflecting a strategic focus on boutique properties and branded residences.
Leading the expansion is Jumeirah Asora Bay, a hotel/residence development set on the La Mer South peninsula. Scheduled to open in 2029, the coastal retreat will feature 103 rooms and suites, as well as 20 villas.
Alongside the hotel, Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay will offer 29 luxury homes in partnership with Meraas. The terraced hillside design provides expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, with options ranging from four-bedroom apartments to a seven-bedroom penthouse and oceanfront villas. Also joining the portfolio is the 754-unit Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a premium lifestyle destination in the heart of Dubai’s business district.
