Judan Financial Holding, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi's International Holding Company (IHC), has acquired a 50.1% stake in US investment manager Alpha Wave Global as it expands its global asset management footprint.
Alpha Wave Global manages approximately USD 29 billion in assets across private equity, private credit, public markets and insurance, with 11 offices worldwide. Its investment portfolio includes leading technology and AI-driven companies such as SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI.
The firm will continue operating under its existing leadership team led by chairman and CEO Rick Gerson. The partnership also supports the launch of an AI-native life insurance and retirement platform in the United States.
