Emirates Properties Group has announced the launch of Azha Millennium Residences, a $95m mixed-use development in Jumeirah Village Triangle. The project will feature 196 branded apartments and retail spaces and is scheduled for completion in the final quarter of 2027.
Azha Millennium Residences is part of the broader trend of luxury and branded real estate developments shaping Dubai’s skyline. Last year, Dubai recorded transactions of more than 13,000 branded units which was a 43% increase from 2023.
The emirate is aiming to boost the value of its property sector to Dh1tr by 2033 under its Real Estate Sector Strategy, with branded homes playing a growing role in attracting international investment.
