Emaar posts 21% revenue growth in H1 2026

Emaar Properties delivered a resilient H1 2026 performance, with revenue rising 21% to AED 23.9 billion, EBITDA up 24% to AED 12.9 billion, and net profit before tax climbing 23% to AED 12.8 billion, supported by balanced contributions across development, recurring income, and international operations.

Property sales reached AED 26.6 billion during the half, while the revenue backlog grew 13% year-on-year to AED 164.9 billion, providing strong forward visibility. Emaar Development's UAE revenue reached AED 17.7 billion, up 30% year-on-year, with a UAE backlog of AED 135.7 billion at end-June.

Eleven residential projects were launched across Emaar South, Dubai Hills Estate, The Heights Country Club, The Oasis, Rashid Yachts & Marina, and Expo Living masterplans. Emaar also announced a new AED 200 billion masterplan, reinforcing the group's long-term development pipeline and confidence in Dubai's continued growth trajectory. The group holds one of the region's largest master-planned land banks at approximately 590 million sq ft.
