Eagle Hills has signed a memorandum of understanding with Awqaf Abu Dhabi to develop a AED1 billion commercial project supporting the “Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans” initiative.
The development will generate sustainable returns through a waqf structure, with proceeds directed towards funding education, healthcare and quality of life initiatives for orphans across the UAE. The initiative operates under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Under the agreement, Eagle Hills will deliver the project as a long-term income-generating asset, reinforcing the role of endowments as a sustainable model for social impact and community development.
Officials said the partnership reflects a broader strategy to combine real estate development with social investment, strengthening the UAE’s commitment to inclusive growth and long-term societal resilience.
