Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone (DSBH) has signed a strategic partnership with Sony Middle East and Africa, giving entrepreneurs, SMEs, and startups within the free zone access to Sony's professional imaging and audio technology, alongside a programme of workshops and masterclasses covering content creation, digital marketing, and brand building.
Under the arrangement, Sony will serve as the free zone's official technology partner, providing businesses with preferential access to its equipment and specialist guidance on maximising its commercial application.
The initiative extends DSBH's existing support offer – which includes licensing, visa services, banking partnerships, and post-licence assistance – into the technology skills domain. Both organisations have committed to further joint events and educational programmes. DSBH is located within Dubai South's master-planned district, linked to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and Etihad Rail.
