Dubai South’s Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has unveiled the VIP Terminal Boulevard, a new development designed to attract premier aviation companies and luxury retailers.
The boulevard spans 769 metres and features 16 premium buildings, offering retail spaces across 204,000 sq metres.
Located adjacent to the VIP Terminal, the boulevard forms part of MBRAH’s integrated aviation ecosystem, providing global companies with an opportunity to establish or expand their presence in the region.
The boulevard will be launched in phases starting in 2026.
