Dubai Investments takes full ownership of Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai

Dubai Investments PJSC has acquired the remaining 80% stake in Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai (CMC Dubai), raising its holding from 20% to 100% and making the hospital a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.

The transaction was structured through Dubai Investments Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of the publicly listed, multi-asset conglomerate, which carries total assets exceeding AED 23.4 billion and a paid-up capital of AED 4.25 billion.

Located in Dubai Healthcare City, CMC Dubai has operated since 2020 as a tertiary care facility offering more than 100 inpatient beds, robotic-assisted surgical capabilities, and specialised centres of excellence staffed by internationally trained physicians. The hospital serves patients from across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.

Vice Chairman and CEO Khalid Bin Kalban said the full acquisition provides enhanced strategic and operational flexibility to support CMC Dubai's expansion and deepen its specialised healthcare offering, consistent with the group's strategy of consolidating ownership in high-quality businesses in sectors with strong long-term growth potential.
