Dubai is strengthening its status as one of the world’s leading destinations for HNWIs, with a surge in demand for high-end real estate. The emirate now ranks among the top 20 global cities for wealth, home to 81,200 millionaires - that’s a 12% increase year on year.
A new report projects that nearly 10,000 HNWIs will relocate to the UAE in 2025, reflecting the country’s appeal as a tax-free, safe and well-connected business hub. Dubai’s premium infrastructure and luxury lifestyle continue to draw investors seeking both residences and investment opportunities.
Affluent buyers from the UK, Europe, India, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and Singapore are driving demand, with more than two-thirds of respondents expressing interest in purchasing property in Dubai.
