Dubai Holding Real Estate has introduced a dedicated service to help eligible property investors navigate Golden Visa and investor residency procedures directly at Nakheel and Meraas sales centres, integrating residency guidance into the property purchase journey.
Applications will be processed by an approved visa services provider, while Nakheel and Meraas will offer support without directly issuing visas. The service covers the UAE's 10-year Golden Visa, available to real estate investors who own one or more properties valued at AED 2 million or above, subject to approval by relevant authorities.
The initiative extends to existing customers and is designed to give buyers clearer guidance while helping sales teams and brokers follow a more consistent process. CEO Khalid Al Malik said the move strengthens Dubai's positioning as a global destination for investors and talent, supporting the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033's goals of raising homeownership to 33% and doubling the sector's GDP contribution to roughly AED 73 billion.
