Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed an MoU with 28DIGITAL to enhance digital cooperation and encourage partnerships between entrepreneurs in Dubai and Europe.
The agreement, finalised during Expand North Star 2025 at Dubai Harbour, aims to create new avenues for innovation, investment, and knowledge exchange across digital industries.
Under the partnership, both organisations will work to connect startups, promote cross-border collaboration, and support the growth of the digital economy in both regions. The initiative underscores Dubai’s commitment to building international networks that accelerate innovation and expand opportunities for tech-driven businesses.
