Dubai Municipality has unveiled ‘Eltizam’, a smart digital app enabling authorised officials with judicial officer status to monitor and document public cleanliness violations.
The initiative supports the Emirate’s mission to remain the cleanest city globally while promoting shared responsibility for urban aesthetics and sustainability. Through ‘Eltizam’, selected government personnel can capture photos, log notes, and automatically tag violation locations in real time, covering eight key breaches that impact the city’s appearance and public health.
The launch marks a milestone in Dubai’s digital transformation, reinforcing its environmental leadership and ensuring high-quality living standards for residents and visitors alike.
